In preparation for the upcoming general elections, police at the borders of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have decided to take strict measures at check posts to prevent anti-law activities. This decision was made during an official meeting in Sattupalli on Saturday.

During the meeting, Khammam police commissioner Vishnu S Warrior addressed officials and emphasized that these measures will help prevent illegal activities in border areas. He also mentioned that increased vigilance will be implemented at all check posts and border areas, with the cooperation of Andhra officials.

The focus of these measures will be on preventing the supply of liquor and fake voters through increased patrolling. The police will also work to curb the distribution of ganja, drugs, and other illegal activities.
