Speaking English fluently…
These days, it has become a necessity to speak in English. Many students who have completed their degrees and post-graduations are struggling to express their thoughts in English. In order to address this problem, officials have decided to implement practicals in Intermediate English. As part of this, they have introduced an English lab workshop. After completing Intermediate, students will be able to speak in English fluently.
Colleges will set up separate labs for language skills in addition to science labs. They will allocate a period for phonetics, listening, reading, and pronunciation practice. Students will be required to pronounce English sentences properly. They will also focus on phonetics as a foundation.
Overall, the officials are making efforts to improve English language skills among students by implementing practicals in the curriculum.
