He has questioned whether the State has a Chief Minister and functioning administration at all. Dr Laxman has criticized the Chief Minister for neglecting his duties and focusing solely on politics, leaving governance to the winds.
Dr Laxman has raised concerns about the repeated leakages of question papers in Telangana, including the EAMCET paper leaked thrice, TSPSC question paper leakage, and now the SSC question paper leak. He has questioned how the SSC question paper could have been leaked and expressed his strong disapproval towards the State administration’s failure to prevent such incidents.
