Ravindrabharati, July 4: Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya expressed his desire that the Gollakurumalu tribe should prosper politically and economically through Vidyadwara. The Telangana government, under the leadership of BC Welfare Department, celebrated the 77th birthday of Telangana’s warrior in Ravindrabharati on Tuesday. Bandaru Dattatreya, the chief guest of the event, was accompanied by special guest Banda Prakash Hazarayya, Deputy Chairman of the Statutory Body. Komarayya adorned himself with a garland while speaking on this occasion. Speaking on this occasion, Dattatreya stated that Chakali Ailamma and Komarayya have become precious gems of Telangana. He said that there is a need to include their history in textbooks. Banda Prakash spoke about the struggle and efforts of Komarayya, which inspire the present generation. He stated that the government of Telangana is officially conducting celebrations and programs to bring the history of Telangana warriors to light. Yegge Mallayyadav, Jaipal Yadav, Sehch Upendra Charri, Bandaru Narayana, KAM Mallayyadav, and Bandaru Arunkumar from the Youth State President of the Kurum Samgh were also present at the event.
Komurayya’s sacrifice is great: Bandaru Prakash
Bandaru Prakash, Deputy Chairman of the Statutory Body, has called Komurayya’s sacrifice a great one. On Tuesday, on the occasion of his 77th birthday, he adorned himself with a garland at the Assembly Lawns. Speaking on this occasion, Bandaru Prakash said that Komurayya stood as a farmer warrior in the struggle and was now recognized as a leader. He also mentioned that Komurayya played a significant role in the fight for farmer rights. Along with Bandaru Prakash, Yegge Mallayyadav, Assembly Secretary Vee Narsimhacharulu, BRS LP Karyadarshi Ramesh Reddy were also present at the event.
