The president of the BJP OBC Morcha, Dr. K Laxman, has stated that 60 lakh unemployed youth in Telangana will go to villages and ask people not to vote for the BRS. He claims that the ruling government has cheated all sections of people and they are not interested in voting for them. Dr. Laxman believes that both Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Minister KT Rama Rao will be defeated in the elections. The Congress party is also trying to take advantage of the dissatisfaction against the BRS, but Dr. Laxman argues that the Congress has also let down the people of Karnataka. The BJP is campaigning extensively and believes that a BC will become the State CM and bring welfare and development to all sectors.

The unemployed youth have been touring every village, town, and ward to explain how the KCR government has cheated them and the people. They are determined to defeat the BRS. The government had promised to fill 1.9 lakh job vacancies but failed to do so, leaving many youth desperate and burdened. There are also three lakh vacant posts in the government after employees retired, and 25 lakh youth registered with TSPSC are still waiting for jobs. The government has not issued any notifications for Group-I positions and has not conducted DSC to appoint teachers, resulting in school closures.

Instead of filling jobs, the government has removed employees from various departments in the name of no work and no pay policy. Dr. Laxman questions why the government can provide a Rs 2,000 pension but deprive parents of their children earning a salary of Rs 50,000. He believes that unless KCR loses power, students and youth will not get jobs.
