Mahabubnagar MP DK Aruna and MLA Yennam Srinivas Reddy met with Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari on Thursday. They requested administrative approvals for the construction of the Mahabubnagar bypass road.
During the meeting, they explained the problems faced by local communities and highlighted the benefits of the new road. They urged Minister Gadkari to speed up the approval process for the project. After the meeting, Aruna stated that the bypass road would help reduce traffic congestion in Mahabubnagar.
She further added that the road would improve connectivity to NH 176 and NH 176 (N). It would also make it easier to transport agricultural products and allow people from nearby villages to travel to Mahabubnagar more conveniently.
