    Nagar Kurnool: The District Statistical Handbook 2022-23 for Nagar Kurnool was officially released on Tuesday at the IDOC office. The handbook was prepared by the District Planning Department and launched by District Collector Badavath Santosh.

    During the event, Collector Santosh emphasized how important statistics are for the state’s progress. He explained that the data in the handbook would be very helpful for various stakeholders. He also pointed out that the Statistical Department plays a key role in calculating the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) and per capita income, which helps show the state’s economic situation to the world.

    The handbook’s information will help in making better decisions and contribute to the district’s development by using systematic data collection and analysis. District Chief Planning Officer Bhupal Reddy, Deputy Statistical Officers, senior assistants, and other staff members were also present at the release ceremony.
