The Superintendent of Police for Wanaparthy District, Rao Ravula Girdhar IPS, has announced that Section 30 and 30(A) of the Police Act 1861 will be in effect throughout the district from November 1 to November 30.
In a public statement, SP Girdhar warned that no person, public representative, or organization is allowed to organize or take part in any protests, road blockades, processions, public meetings, rallies, or conventions without getting prior permission from the police.
He also emphasized that any activities that disturb public peace, cause damage to public property, or break the law will result in strict legal action.
The police have requested the cooperation of the public, public representatives, and leaders of organizations in maintaining law and order during this period.
