The government is organizing summer sports camps to help students improve their sports skills. The camps offer special training in athletics and other sports to keep students mentally and physically fit. The government believes that sports are just as important as education.
There are a total of 38 sports camps being organized, with 13 in rural areas and 25 in urban areas. Boys and girls under 14 years old are given priority to participate. To register, students should visit https://forms.gle/3jW3Q3X68HWhPdNAA and contact the in-charge in their area.
The Khammam Pavilion Ground has a basketball stadium with modern amenities. Coaching is also available for athletics, gymnastics, tennis, skating, volleyball, badminton, swimming, archery, open gym, cricket turf wicket and more. The Sardar Patel Stadium, Kallur Indoor Stadium, and Wira Indoor Stadium are also hosting camps.
