Collector P. Uday Kumar visited the Class 10 examination center at the Government High School in Nagarkurnool. He checked the infrastructure, security measures, and other aspects of the center. The Chief Superintendent inspected the CCTV cameras and made sure everything was in order for the exam.
During the inspection, instructions were given to invigilators and security personnel to ensure a smooth conduct of the exam. Cell phones were strictly prohibited. The Collector emphasized on making sure that students do not face any difficulties during the examination.
Out of 10,524 students scheduled to take the second language Hindi exam, 10,505 students appeared while 19 were absent. At another examination center in Bijinapally girls’ school, a student was caught cheating and was disqualified by the district examination observer. The invigilator was also issued a showcause notice by the chief superintendent for not preventing the malpractice.
