    District Collector Tripati visited the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) office in Mangapet Mandal of Mulugu district. He advised pregnant women to eat nutritious food and attend regular checkups. The Collector also checked on the health of mothers and set limits for 10 pregnant women.

    During the visit, Collector Tripati emphasized the importance of consuming nutritious food daily for pregnant women. He suggested providing nutritious meals at Anganwadi centers and implementing a 1000-day program for pregnant women within two years of conception. The goal is to promote good health and prevent malnutrition in Mangapet Mandal.

    As part of the visit, the Collector showcased various nutritious dishes at a food exhibition. He also examined a logo made with grains and commended it. Healthy children in the district were recognized with commendation letters during the program, which were handed over to the Collector.

    The event was attended by District Development Officer Swarnalatha Lenin, Mandal Special Officer Tula Ravi, CDPO Hemalatha, Endowments Krishna Prasad, Tahsildar Veeraswami, supervisors Kamal, Chandrakala, Emmanuel, Kalpana, Anganwadi teachers, and mothers.
