Gadwal: District Agriculture Officer (DAO) Sakriya Naik has assured farmers that the government has enough chemical fertilizers in stock. He emphasized the importance of keeping supplies readily available to meet farmers’ needs.

He directed fertilizer shop owners to make sure all types of fertilizers are available for farmers without any trouble. He warned that any complaints about fertilizer shortages would not be tolerated.

The DAO also reminded shop owners that Urea bags must be sold at the government-fixed price of ₹266.50. He warned that strict action would be taken against those charging higher prices.

Mandal Agriculture Officer Janardhan and other officials accompanied the DAO during the inspection.
