A significant event took place at the Sagara Bhageeratha Vamshaja Pratibha Puraskara Vedika, where important issues were discussed. The main focus was on how upper castes are oppressing lower castes socially, economically, and politically. Attendees talked about ways to collectively resist this exploitation.
The forum also explored how Dalits, Adivasis, and Bahujans from marginalized communities can build social awareness. They discussed how to prepare future generations of India to tackle these challenges. Another key topic was how to create and implement action plans to help the Sagara community overcome the difficulties they have faced for generations.
Many notable guests attended the event. Some of the prominent figures included T. Chiranjeevulu, an IAS officer, and Siricilla Rajayya, Chairman of the Telangana Financial Corporation. Others present were Vakkantam Ramamohan, former Chairman of the BC Commission, and Jajula Srinivas Goud, National President of the BC Association. Leaders from the Telangana State Sagara Association and various districts also attended, along with students who excelled in different fields and their proud parents.
