    In Bhadradrikottagudem district, Deputy Chief Minister Batti Vikramarka inaugurated the power supply at the Busy Kothur Pump House in Ammagaripalle, Ashwapuram mandal. The Pump House works are part of the Sitarama Project Canal Works. A group of Ministers including Water Drainage Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, Vyasaya Department Minister Tummala Nageswarao, and Information Minister Pongaleti Srinivasa Reddy inspected the Dummugudem Dam along with other officials like Khammam MP Ramasayam Ragharam Reddy, District Collector, and MLAs from various constituencies.

    The officials also examined the Seethamma project area to assess the progress and impact of the ongoing works. The inspection aimed to ensure the smooth functioning and timely completion of the Pump House and Canal Works. The presence of high-ranking officials and ministers underscored the importance of the project for the region’s water management and agricultural development.

    During the visit, the group of Ministers and officials also visited other key sites related to the Sitarama Project, including various canal works and infrastructure projects.
