    Hyderabad: In preparation for the upcoming Diwali festival, a key meeting was held by South Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Sneha Mehra. She met with fireworks vendors and police officials at the zonal level to discuss important safety measures.

    During the meeting, DCP Sneha Mehra emphasized the need for strict surveillance and security arrangements. These measures are aimed at ensuring that Diwali celebrations go smoothly and to prevent any illegal activities or incidents.

    Additional DCP Sheikh Jahangir, along with Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), station house officers, and fireworks sellers, were also present at the meeting.

    Sneha Mehra highlighted that officers from the zone will work together to avoid any mistakes during the festival. She also advised fireworks sellers to conduct their business in a safe and peaceful manner, ensuring a secure environment for everyone.
