Wanaparthy: District Collector Tejas Nand Lal Pawar on Tuesday advised farmers to upgrade horticultural crops, thus achieve relating to economics gain.
He was speaking after flagging off a autobus of farmers who were going to a expo at the Horticultural Crops Mela organised by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research and the Indian Institute of Horticulture Research in Bangalore, under the auspices of the Horticulture department.
The Collector said 25 horticulture farmers from the territory would choose portion in the expo and meet crops in unlike fields and acquire proposal for an appropriate course of action and suggestions from scientists on the smudge to upgrade vegetables, fruits, flowers, spices, aromatic oils, novelty crops, cut short cultivation methods and yield, authentic way of doing something.
