During her visit, she inspected various departments, including the Arogyasri gynecological ward, ANC-2, scanning rooms, TIFA scanning room, laboratory, labor room, ICU, operation theatre, maternity wards, and the SNCU block for children in incubators. She also reviewed the registers of these departments to understand the medical services being provided and gathered details about pregnant women, infants, and children admitted to the hospital. The staff was instructed to maintain detailed records in the MCP card. Additionally, the Collector reviewed the number of scanning procedures and lab tests conducted each month.

While visiting the maternity ward, the Collector interacted with lactating mothers and emphasized the importance of increasing the number of births at the hospital.
