During the launch, Commissioner Mohanty highlighted the importance of the initiative, stating that Cyberabad Traffic Pulse would reduce traffic congestion and save commuters’ time by providing timely updates. He expressed confidence in the service’s ability to improve overall traffic management in the city.

Joint Commissioner Joel Davis explained that the platform acts as a bridge between the public and the police, ensuring smoother traffic flow. He described it as a “cutting-edge solution” that provides accurate real-time updates about congestion, accidents, and estimated clearance times. This information empowers commuters to make informed decisions about their travel routes.

One unique feature of Cyberabad Traffic Pulse is its interactive nature. Citizens can communicate directly with the Cyberabad Traffic Police via WhatsApp to share suggestions and feedback. The platform also personalizes alerts based on users’ commonly traveled routes and preferred modes of transport, ensuring tailored updates for every individual.

Rajesh, Joint Secretary of SCSC, emphasized that the initiative aligns with the council’s mission to use technology for safer and more efficient traffic management. He stated that the service would make daily commutes smoother and more predictable for Hyderabad residents.

Explaining why citizens should subscribe, Rajesh said, “Cyberabad Traffic Pulse offers proactive traffic alerts, recommendations, and opportunities for collaboration with the traffic police. It keeps users informed about road conditions, congestion, and accidents. Additionally, commuters can register for specific updates based on their travel patterns and even share improvement ideas with the authorities through WhatsApp at 87126 63636.”

This new service is set to transform the travel experience for Hyderabad residents, bringing a more systematic and efficient approach to traffic management in the city.
