    Hyderabad: Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty, IPS, has ordered the closure of wine/toddy shops and Bars attached to Restaurants (excluding Bars in Star Hotels and Registered Clubs) within the limits of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate from 6 am on March 25, 2024 to 6 am on March 26, 2024 for the “Holi Festival- 2024”.

    This decision was made in the interest of public peace and tranquillity during the festival. The closure order applies to all such establishments in the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate area, except for Bars in Star Hotels and Registered Clubs.

    The temporary closure is a precautionary measure to ensure that the celebrations of Holi Festival proceed smoothly without any disturbances. The order will be enforced strictly by the authorities, and any violations will be dealt with accordingly.
