Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari has instructed the Collectors to finish entering the data from applications received between December 28 and January 6 for the Public Administration – Abhayahastam program by the 17th. A teleconference was held on Wednesday with the Collectors to discuss the management of public administration data entry.
During the conference, Shanti Kumari praised the Collectors for successfully conducting village or ward meetings in every village panchayat and municipal ward in the state. It is recommended that the data entry process for applications received after January 6 be done at the mandal centers, and a thorough investigation has been ordered regarding this matter.
The data entry should be supervised by Mandal Revenue Officers and Mandal Development Officers. District-level officers will oversee the public administration program. Training for data entry will be provided on the 4th and 5th of January.
From the 6th to the 17th of January, the data entry for insurance applications should be completed. Aadhaar number and white ration card should be used as standard information for data entry. Collectors are advised to hire DTP operators or private operators to assist with the process.
