The Revanth government released white papers on different sectors during the first assembly meetings. They tried to make the previous KCR government look guilty in front of the people. CM Revanth Reddy announced in the Legislative Assembly that he is ordering a judicial inquiry on three issues in the power sector.

The government is also accusing large-scale corruption in the irrigation projects. The pillars of the Medigadda project, which is part of the Kaleshwaram project, collapsed and caused a lot of commotion in the state. CPM State Secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram requested Revanth Reddy not to hand over the investigation into the irregularities in the construction of the Kaleswaram project to the CBI. He wrote a letter to Revanth expressing his concerns.

Tammineni mentioned in the letter that central agencies like CBI, ED, and IT are controlled by the Centre. Instead of involving the CBI, he suggested conducting a comprehensive judicial inquiry with a sitting judge. The letter also included some statistics about the construction of the Kaleshwaram project.

According to Tammineni, Rs 93 thousand crores have been spent on the project so far. Banks sanctioned Rs 87,449 crores and Rs 71,565.69 crores have already been released and spent.
