    Hyderabad City Police Commissioner C.V. Anand and Telangana Government Health Secretary Dr. Christina visited KIMS Hospital on Tuesday. They went on behalf of the government to check on the condition of nine-year-old Sri Teja, who was injured in a stampede.

    The Commissioner shared that Teja is currently brain dead due to a lack of oxygen during the stampede. He mentioned that Teja’s recovery will take a long time.

    Doctors have informed the officials that Teja is being treated with ventilator support. His treatment is expected to be prolonged.

    Commissioner Anand added that the doctors will soon release a medical bulletin about Teja’s health. Dr. Christina stated that Teja’s condition is being closely monitored and expressed hope for his speedy recovery.
