    Warangal’s Commissioner of Police, Amber Kishore Jha, spoke to trainee stipendiary constables about the importance of self-discipline and a willingness to learn. He emphasized that these qualities are essential for success in both professional and personal life. Jha encouraged the constables to strive for excellence and bring accolades to the Warangal Police Commissionerate through their highly disciplined performance during their nine-month training.

    The training program not only focuses on physical fitness but also aims to toughen the trainee constables mentally. Jha highlighted that the training module is designed to meet present-day demands and prepare the constables for the challenges they will face in their careers. He reminded the constables that the skills and values they acquire during training will stay with them throughout their time in the police force, up until their retirement.

    A total of 658 candidates, including those from civil and armed reserve, were selected for constable positions within the Warangal Police Commissionerate limits. These candidates will undergo training at various locations, including the TS Police Academy, PTC Amberpet, Medchal PTC, and Yousufguda Battalions. The event was attended by Additional DCP Ragya Naik and ACP Anantaiah, among others.

    During the training session, DGP Ravi Gupta and Intelligence additional DG Sivadhar Reddy, who were en route to Medaram, were warmly welcomed by Commissioner Amber Kishore Jha.
