The president of the National Company Law Tribunal, Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar, recently spoke about the impact of the insolvency and bankruptcy code (IBC). He emphasized that the success of the IBC depends on how well each stakeholder performs their role and follows the timelines. While he acknowledged that the IBC has been successful overall, he also noted that there have been cases where the timelines have been exceeded and need attention.
