    NagarKurnool: An important awareness program was held in Medipur village, Tadur Mandal. This event was organized by the Women’s Empowerment Center of the Women and Child Welfare Department.

    The program took place at the local government school. It was part of the celebrations for Breastfeeding Week and the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme.

    Swetha, the coordinator from the Women’s Empowerment Center, explained the purpose of the program. She said it aimed to raise awareness about the challenges faced by girls and how to address them.

    During the event, the importance of breastfeeding was also explained to the students as part of Breastfeeding Week.
