A delegation of Telangana Congress leaders, led by TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy, met with Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on Wednesday to request the prosecution of State IT and Industry minister KT Rama Rao and officials of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) in the recent question paper leak. The Congress leaders explained to the Governor the difficulties faced by job aspirants due to the leak, and requested her to take action to help the students preparing for competitive exams conducted by the commission. They urged Tamilisai to permit the prosecution of KTR using her power under Article 163 of the Constitution.

Revanth Reddy also appealed to the Governor to scrap the TSPSC using her powers and take over its functioning to ensure a fair and transparent inquiry. He alleged that the IT department was responsible for the incident and that there were irregularities under the purview of the Minister. The Congress leader criticized the SIT probe ordered by the government, calling it an eye wash.
