The protest was against the BJP for posting an insulting image of Rahul Gandhi on their official website. The protesters demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi publicly apologize to Rahul Gandhi and immediately remove the post from BJP’s social media. They also criticized the BJP-led NDA government for making life difficult for the common people and selling government assets. The protest was attended by various party leaders and members.
