Former Secunderabad MP M Anjan Kumar Yadav is running for the upcoming Assembly election from Musheerabad. He wants to address unresolved civic issues and has been actively involved in party and religious activities. Yadav has held various positions within the party, including city president in 1982, state secretary, and city president again.
In the past, Yadav served as the Secunderabad MP for two terms in united AP. During his tenure, he focused on development projects such as constructing community halls for all castes, dhobighats, water pipelines, and upgrading colony parks.
Yadav believes that despite the promises made by the government, Musheerabad has not seen any significant improvements in the past ten years. The roads, both internal and external, are in poor condition, and the constituency lacks clean drinking water. Areas like Bholakpur and Musheerabad fish market receive contaminated water, leading to health problems for residents. Additionally, a government college that was sanctioned long ago is still pending.
The 61-year-old leader is determined to promote six party guarantees that will lead to success. He has already started door-to-door campaigning and plans to campaign more aggressively once the nomination is filed. Yadav also intends to reach out to different communities in the constituency.
