Senior Congress leaders met in New Delhi on Thursday to discuss how to improve their messaging in the upcoming state elections in Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Mizoram. The meeting, convened by AICC General Secretary K C Venugopal and Jairam Ramesh, included Congress general secretaries, state unit presidents, and social media and media chairpersons from these states. Party spokesperson Pawan Khera briefed the media after the meeting, stating that they discussed ways to strengthen their narrative in these election-bound states. They also focused on improving coordination between the organization and the state governments, as Congress already governs in two of these states. Detailed discussions were held and Venugopal provided valuable suggestions for better coordination between AICC and the state units, as well as for intensifying attacks on the BJP.
