Senior leader Gottimukkala Vengala Rao from the Congress party in Kukatpally has resigned. He is upset because he didn’t receive a ticket for the upcoming Assembly election. The Congress party released a list of 45 candidates on Friday, and Bandi Ramesh of Serilingampally was given the MLA ticket for Kukatpally. This disappointment led Gottimukkala to leave the party with tears in his eyes.
