    Telangana Congress has released its 41-page election manifesto, with a focus on job recruitment in government departments. The party promises to issue the first notification for Group one posts on February 2, 2024, followed by Group two and Group four posts later in the year. The manifesto also states that all vacancies in these groups will be filled through scheduled exams.

    In terms of healthcare, the Congress plans to establish one super specialty hospital in each district, as well as a hundred-bed super specialty hospital and maternity hospital in each constituency. Additionally, a hundred-bed hospital will be set up in each municipality. The party also pledges to fill all vacant teaching and non-teaching positions in government medical colleges to ensure quality education.

    In the education sector, the Congress promises to provide a VIDYA BHAROSA CARD worth Rs. 5 lakh to every college-going student to cover their education expenses. Free internet through Wi-Fi facilities will also be provided to all students. The party aims to transform Telangana into an innovation education hub within the next five years. They plan to set up an international school with modern facilities and free bus services in every Mandal. Fee reimbursement will be strengthened, and scholarships for students from marginalized communities will be revised and paid on time.

    The Congress also plans to increase the remuneration of mid-day meal workers in government schools to Rs. 10,000 per month. Furthermore, they will provide financial assistance of Rs. 25 lakh to SC, ST, BC, and minority students pursuing higher education overseas.
