    Congress demands Modi’s resignation following people’s verdict

    The PCC working president, B Mahesh Kumar Goud, said that the party will continue working for the welfare of everyone and respects people’s mandate. He, along with other party leaders, thanked the voters of Telangana and the nation for their support.

    Goud mentioned that the party’s number of MPs has increased to eight from three, and expressed satisfaction over Sri Ganesh’s win in the Secunderabad Cantonment Assembly by-election. He credited Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s good governance for the party’s victory in the by-election.

    PCC senior vice-president G Niranjan highlighted the vibrancy shown by voters in the election as a reflection of India’s democratic system. He called for Prime Minister Modi to resign and criticized the BJP for its communal politics.

    The Congress leader also mentioned the rejection of the campaign in the name of Ram Temple and stated that the party will review the election results in the State and take corrective measures.
