Congress MLC Jeevan Reddy accused the BRS party of hindering the State government’s recruitment process. He, along with PCC Spokespersons Bhavani Reddy and Charan Kaushik Yadav, criticized the previous BRS government for not conducting Group-1 exams in ten years.

Jeevan Reddy dismissed BRS MLA Harish Rao’s proposal to change the selection ratio for Group mains exams. He insisted that the recruitment process would follow the guidelines mentioned in the job notification, and any attempt to alter them could lead to legal challenges and halt the process.

The Congress MLC also condemned former chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao for establishing the Yadadri power plant at Damaracherla village in Nalgonda district, resulting in a hefty financial burden on the State government. He criticized KCR’s decision to build the plant in Damaracherla instead of a coal-rich area, leading to wastage of funds.
