    Heavy rains have been hitting Hyderabad since morning, causing difficulties for commuters. People in areas like Madhapur, Mehdipatnam, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Punjagutta, and others had to face traffic congestion and wait in the rain. Traffic police were working hard to clear the roads. In addition to the traffic woes, the Telangana State Planning Development Society has predicted heavy rainfall in various districts of Telangana, including Hyderabad.

    According to the society, districts such as Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Medak, Sangareddy, Rajanna-Sircilla, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Mancherial, Adilabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Hanumakonda, Warangal, and Mulugu are expected to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall. Residents in these areas are advised to take precautions as flooding and waterlogging may occur.

    Moderate rainfall is predicted in Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Suryapet, Hyderabad, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Yadadri, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Jangaon, Siddipet, and Karimnagar districts. The intensity of rainfall in these districts is expected to be lower compared to the aforementioned areas.

    Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, and Khammam districts are predicted to receive light rainfall during this period.
