District Collector V P Gautham has instructed officials in Khammam to resolve any issues that are causing delays in processing pending files at the collectorate. In a meeting held on Friday, the Collector met with the superintendents of various departments to discuss the resolution of these pending files.
The Collector emphasized the importance of resolving every file as soon as it reaches the collectorate. He urged officials to not neglect urgent files and to promptly inform the RDO, Tehsildar, and other relevant officials about any issues that arise. These officials should then take immediate action to address these issues and expedite the clearance of files for government requirements.
During the meeting, the officials were also instructed to prioritize the completion of various projects. This included the storage facility for the civil supplies department in Sakthi building, mandal centers, SC study circle, training center for fire services, central tax office, and construction of godowns for Central Warehousing Corporation.
The Collector also examined the obstacles that are hindering the fast clearance of issues related to freedom fighters, POB NOCs, and pending applications in the Dharani system.
The meeting was attended by Local Bodies Additional Collector B Satyaprasad, Collectorate AO Aruna, Superintendents Menon, Madan Gopal, Satyanarayana, EDM Durgaprasad, Dharani Coordinator Srinivas, as well as assistants from various sections.
