    Nagar Kurnool:
The District Collector of Nagar Kurnool, Badavath Santosh, has assured that all necessary steps are being taken to successfully conduct the Comprehensive Household Survey. This survey will collect important social, economic, education, employment, political, and caste-related information from every household in the state. The survey aims to gather detailed data about each family’s status.

To ensure the smooth running of the survey, the Collector personally visited various locations to check how the house listing process was being carried out. He observed the process of affixing stickers, which is a key part of the survey, in Sirisavada village of Tadoor Mandal. He also inspected the stickers placed on homes in the Kopunnuru hills and asked the enumerators about their methods for conducting the survey.

The Collector emphasized the importance of following the survey plan carefully and avoiding any duplication during the house listing process. He instructed officials to strictly follow government guidelines and ensure that the survey is carried out thoroughly in the district. He particularly highlighted the need to be cautious when collecting data in cases where families live in different districts to avoid registering their details in more than one place.

He also directed that each house in the survey block should get a unique, sequential number. According to the Collector, the survey can only be considered complete if the house listing is done properly. Additionally, he instructed the authorities to provide extra staff if needed to assist the enumerators.

To help the enumerators, the Collector recommended that they be given file folders and bags to securely handle the survey forms. After reviewing the stickers placed on homes and inspecting the survey forms, he inquired about the types of questions being asked to the family members and how the details were being recorded.

The Collector also stressed the importance of family heads cooperating with the survey by showing necessary documents like Aadhaar cards and voter IDs when asked.

Finally, the Collector conducted direct inquiries with household heads to verify the accuracy of the information being collected.

The inspection was attended by other officials, including MPDO Brahmachari and Panchayat Secretary Srikanth.
