The wall of a new school in Delhi’s Sriniwaspuri collapsed during rain on Sunday. This area is represented by Delhi’s Education Minister Atishi. The school was constructed four months ago at a cost of Rs16 crore. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a Yellow Alert for Sunday, predicting rainfall between 7.5 mm to 15 mm, which could cause more issues. On Saturday, 15 buildings collapsed in different locations in Delhi due to the rain. Another building collapsed on Sunday morning. Over the past two days, heavy rain has affected the entire National Capital Region (NCR), leading to waterlogging problems and traffic disruptions.
