    Hyderabad: Telangana is currently experiencing a cold wave, with temperatures dropping significantly in many parts of the state. An orange alert has been issued for Adilabad, Asifabad, Mancherial, and Nirmal districts due to the intense chill.

    In Adilabad, the temperature has fallen to a freezing 9.7°C. Patancheru recorded 11°C, while Medak saw a low of 13.3°C. Other areas, including Ramagundam and Hanumakonda, also reported cooler weather, with temperatures recorded at 14.5°C and 15°C, respectively.

    Hyderabad has also been affected by the cold wave, with the city experiencing a significant dip to 15.3°C. The meteorological department has warned residents to stay cautious, as the cold wave is expected to continue in the coming days.

    Authorities have urged people, especially those vulnerable to the cold, to take necessary precautions to avoid health risks. The ongoing weather conditions have started to impact daily life across Telangana.
