    Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy paid homage to Savitribai Phule, India’s first female teacher and a pioneering social reformer, on her birth anniversary. The event was held at his residence in Jubilee Hills and was celebrated as ‘Women Teachers’ Day,’ a special designation by the Telangana government.

    To mark the occasion, the Chief Minister offered flowers at Savitribai Phule’s portrait, acknowledging her groundbreaking contributions to women’s education in India. He was joined by several prominent leaders, including his advisor V. Narendra Reddy, government advisor Harkara Venu Gopal, Member of Parliament Porik Balram Naik, and MLAs Yennam Srinivas Reddy and Anirudh Reddy. Together, they paid floral tributes to honor her legacy.
