Sarojini Naidu was known for her powerful speeches and poetry. She played an important role in the fight for freedom alongside Mahatma Gandhi and other leaders. Later, she became the first woman Governor of independent India, encouraging more women to take part in governance.
On this occasion, CM Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana government is committed to the values Sarojini Naidu stood for. These include equality, empowerment, and social justice.
