    Telangana Attracts Major Investment from CapitaLand

    Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who is on an official visit to Singapore, has secured a significant investment for the state. CapitaLand, a prominent global real estate company, has announced plans to invest ₹450 crore in developing a cutting-edge IT park in Hyderabad.

    A World-Class IT Park

    The IT park will span 10 lakh square feet and is designed to meet the needs of major global companies and capability centers. The decision was made during discussions between CM Revanth Reddy’s delegation and CapitaLand officials. The Telangana delegation included IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Investment Promotion Special Secretary Vishnuvardhan Reddy, and CMO Special Secretary Ajit Reddy. Representing CapitaLand were Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam, CEO of India Trust Management, and Senior Executive Director Manohar Khiatani.

    Promoting Hyderabad’s Growth

    CM Revanth Reddy welcomed the investment and emphasized that this IT park will be a major step forward in Hyderabad’s development. He highlighted its role in addressing the growing demand for high-quality facilities while further establishing Hyderabad as a global IT destination.

    CapitaLand CEO Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam expressed confidence in Hyderabad’s growth under Revanth Reddy’s leadership. He also mentioned that the company is proud to expand its footprint in Telangana.

    CapitaLand’s Presence in Hyderabad

    CapitaLand has already contributed significantly to Hyderabad’s infrastructure with projects like the International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), Avance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl Park. Earlier this year, the company launched a 25 MW IT load data center in the city. Additionally, the second phase of ITPH is scheduled for completion by 2028.

    This new project highlights the Telangana government’s commitment to innovation and development. It reinforces Hyderabad’s growing reputation as a global IT hub and a top destination for international investments.
