The Red-Breasted Flycatcher is a small bird, measuring just 12 centimetres. Every year, it undertakes an incredible migration from Eastern Europe to South Asia, seeking warmer winters and abundant food. Its appearance at Ameenpur Lake has delighted bird enthusiasts and environmentalists.

The Chief Minister expressed his thoughts on the sighting through a tweet. He shared his belief that protecting nature leads to nature taking care of us in return. He also highlighted efforts to stop encroachments and restore lakes, which have been ongoing for months to preserve the state’s ecological wealth.
