Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has confirmed that the DSC exams, which have over 11,000 posts across the State, will not be postponed. He made this statement during a meeting with party workers in Bhoothpur mandal in Palamuru district.

Revanth Reddy accused certain elements of trying to stop the DSC exams, which are being held by the congress government after many years. He mentioned the mismanagement of recruitment exams by the previous BRS government, where question papers were leaked and sold at xerox centers.

The Chief Minister rejected the BRS party’s demand for a 1:100 ratio for selection of candidates for Group-1 mains exams. He believed that this demand was part of a conspiracy to delay the exams and benefit coaching center management. Revanth Reddy warned that any arbitrary changes to the exam process would face legal challenges and likely be overturned by the courts.

He stressed that decisions about exam schedules would be made based on merit and fairness, without giving in to external pressures. The government is committed to conducting exams as per the established notification and guidelines, ensuring transparency and integrity in the recruitment process.
