Hyderabad is getting its own version of Times Square in New York called ‘T-Square’ at Raidurgam in HITEC City. This new public space will be a place for people to gather and enjoy various events throughout the day. It will host impromptu concerts and organized celebrations of local culture.

The T-Square will be a highlight of Cyberabad, which is home to over 100 large IT/ITeS and BFSI companies employing close to one million people. The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has taken the lead in developing this project to bring more vibrancy to Cyberabad.

TGIIC has invited proposals for architectural and transaction advisory services for the development of T-Square at Raidurgam. The goal is to turn this intersection into a major tourist spot with lively urban spaces and entertainment options.

The consultancy will assist TGIIC in determining the best project structure, managing the bid process to select private developers, and overseeing the project until financial closure. This initiative aims to enhance the public space in Hyderabad and create a dynamic hub for residents and visitors alike.
