Former India cricketer Aakash Chopra has predicted that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma may not play T20 cricket for India anymore due to workload management. Chopra’s statement echoed similar sentiments expressed by former India coach Ravi Shastri. Chopra believes that a lot will change in Indian cricket over the next 90 days. He also mentioned that if India continues to play T20 cricket in the same fashion, a lot of previous generation players may not be part of the T20 scheme of things.

Chopra stated that with this being an ODI World Cup year, India will be playing fewer T20I games in the remaining year. He added that he doesn’t think Kohli, Rohit, or Rahul will play in any matches they do have. Rahul is currently not playing in the IPL due to an injury.
