On Thursday, Chief Minister KCR visited the rain-affected areas of Karimnagar district to inspect the crop loss details. He arrived in Ramdugu mandal Lakshmipur by helicopter at 4 pm, where he was received by Ministers Gangula Kamalakar and Koppula Eshwar, Vice President of Planning Commission Boinipally Vinod Kumar, MLAs Sunke Ravi Shankar, Rasamayi Balakishan, and others at the helipad.

During his visit, CM KCR inspected the crop fields that were damaged due to untimely rains and interacted with the farmers to enquire about the extent of the damage. He also assured support to the tenant farmers who were affected by the crop loss. The Chief Minister emphasized that the aid provided to farmers in such situations is not compensation, but rather relief and rehabilitation measures.

The visit was an important step towards understanding the plight of farmers in the region and providing them with the necessary support during this difficult time. The government’s commitment to helping those affected by crop loss is a positive sign for the farming community in Karimnagar district.
