    Chief Minister attributes inclusive government and growth to Congress

    Hyderabad Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed that the Congress party has always aimed for inclusive government and inclusive growth. He stated that the government’s goal is to provide welfare and development to all sections of society, with a focus on helping those in need.

    The Chief Minister participated in the Christmas celebrations organized by the government at LB Stadium. During the event, Reddy cut the cake in the presence of Speaker Gaddam Prasad, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, bishops, and pastors.

    Reddy emphasized that the government aims to provide opportunities to all eligible individuals. He highlighted that the Congress party allows people to practice their religions freely. Reddy acknowledged that if there are any incidents of religious intolerance in any part of the country, it is the Congress government that works towards rectifying them and promoting unity. He described December as a month of miracles and expressed his confidence in positive developments.

    Addressing the audience, Reddy stressed the importance of a government that treats everyone equally and promotes religious harmony. He thanked the bishops, pastors, and elders for their support in bringing the Congress party to power in Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, and Telangana. Reddy stated that the journey is not complete and that there is a responsibility to ensure peaceful coexistence and national progress.

    The Chief Minister also criticized the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister for their response to the Manipur violence. He expressed disappointment that they did not prioritize saving lives and instead focused on election campaigning. Reddy commended Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress party, for visiting Manipur and working towards peace. He called on every citizen to take responsibility in preventing such incidents from occurring.

    Reddy promised to provide honorariums to pastors and affirmed the government’s commitment to extending benefits to eligible Christians through various schemes. He reassured the public that his administration would prioritize good governance and draw inspiration from Jesus Christ. Reddy emphasized that he has never shied away from his responsibilities and vowed to lead the state towards development while maintaining religious harmony. He concluded by stating that the doors of the Secretariat are always open for Christians to raise any concerns or issues.
