    Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), expressed his support for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and clarified that he is not backing the INDIA bloc. He mentioned this during a press conference in Amaravati, where he also talked about his upcoming visit to New Delhi for an NDA meeting with JSP chief Pawan Kalyan.

    Naidu thanked the people of the state for their overwhelming support in the recent election, calling it a historic victory. He criticized the current government’s performance, highlighting issues like the collapse of the system, depletion of natural resources, and frequent increases in power tariffs.

    The former Chief Minister emphasized the importance of democratic institutions and the need to prioritize the welfare of the people in politics. He also praised the efforts of TDP workers and supporters who worked tirelessly during the election campaign.

    Naidu reflected on the significance of the recent election results, comparing them to the party’s early successes in the 1980s. He criticized the alleged corruption and nepotism in the ruling party and highlighted the challenges faced by TDP workers and supporters.

    The TDP leader also acknowledged the difficulties faced by the media and opposition parties during the current government’s tenure. He stressed the importance of upholding democratic values and fulfilling promises made to the electorate.

    Naidu reiterated his commitment to working with other parties within the NDA, including the BJP. He emphasized the need for cooperation and responsibility among alliance partners to ensure the state’s progress and development.
