The first World Kamma Mahasabha will be held in Hyderabad next month, where Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will both be speaking. The event is organized by the Kamma Global Federation and will take place at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) on July 20-21. The goal of the Mahasabha is to bring together members of the Kamma community from all over the world.
The founder of the Kamma Global Federation, Jetti Kusum Kumar, has announced that former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu will also be a chief guest at the event. Revanth Reddy, who was previously the Working President of Telangana TDP before joining the Congress party, sees Chandrababu Naidu as his political mentor. It will be interesting to see both leaders, now serving as Chief Ministers of their respective Telugu states, sharing the same stage.
