A large fire broke out in a container lorry carrying eight cars on the Hyderabad-Mumbai highway on Sunday. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident. The fire occurred on the Zaheerabad bypass road in Sangareddy district.
The lorry was traveling from Mumbai to Hyderabad when it suddenly caught fire near Ranjol village. The flames spread quickly, destroying all the cars inside the container.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing thick black smoke rising from the vehicle. Fire safety officials from Zaheerabad, along with a fire safety team from a car manufacturing company, rushed to the scene to put out the blaze.
Despite their efforts, the fire was very intense and could not be controlled, leading to the total destruction of the eight cars. The accident also caused a huge traffic jam on the highway, causing inconvenience to many commuters.
